Cancellations Due To Covid-19
We are happy to take bookings that comply with the current government guidance in force at the time of booking. If things change after you make your booking and you are prevented from travelling, the following should give you confidence to book ahead without worry.
For all direct bookings, if your holiday is cancelled due to UK or Welsh government restrictions imposed as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, which mean that it is unlawful for you to travel to, or to make use of, Ty’n Rhyd, you may choose one of the following options:
- You can re-book your stay for a future date outside of the declared restriction period, subject to availability and to any difference in price being paid (or refunded).
- If you are unsure of your future dates, you can choose to receive a voucher to the value of the monies paid to date for your holiday, to be used within 12 months of the end of your original booking date.
- If an alternative stay is not convenient for you, you may receive a full refund of the amount already paid by you.
In all of the cases above, you will be able to discuss your options and agree a suitable way forward. Whenever possible you will be able to enjoy your holiday as planned or look forward to a future, much anticipated and well-deserved break.
If your personal circumstances change, someone in your group needs to self isolate or someone other than you is subject to regional restrictions, we are happy to reschedule your booking. Otherwise, if you have some individual circumstances that you would like to discuss then please get in touch.
